1. ABOUT PSGL

PFC Street Game League (PSGL) is a grassroots sports entertainment platform presented by PFC SPORTS, a sports initiative of PURVANCHAL FILM CITY PRIVATE LIMITED.

PSGL has been established with the objective of promoting grassroots sports, identifying emerging talent, creating sporting opportunities, and delivering professional sports entertainment experiences through competitions, digital platforms, live broadcasts, media production, player recognition programs, and related activities.

Participation in PSGL is voluntary and subject to these Terms & Conditions, league policies, operational guidelines, code of conduct, and other applicable rules issued by the league from time to time.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By:

• Visiting the website

• Registering for PSGL

• Submitting an application

• Uploading trial videos

• Making payments

• Participating in league activities

• Attending league events

• Using league services

the participant confirms that he/she has read, understood, and accepted all Terms & Conditions, policies, rules, and guidelines published by PSGL and/or PURVANCHAL FILM CITY PRIVATE LIMITED.

If a participant is below 18 years of age, registration shall be deemed to have been made with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. REGISTRATION & APPLICATION

Submission of an application does not guarantee:

• Selection

• Participation

• Team Allocation

• Ranking

• Awards

• Recognition

• Sponsorship

• Employment

• Earnings

• Media Coverage

• Future Opportunities

PSGL reserves the absolute right to accept, reject, suspend, review, hold, cancel, or terminate any application without assigning any reason.

The league may request additional documents, identity proof, age proof, photographs, videos, declarations, or other information at any stage.

4. VIDEO TRIALS & EVALUATION

Players may be required to submit performance videos, skill demonstrations, fitness videos, introduction videos, match footage, or other materials.

PSGL reserves the right to:

• Review submitted content

• Verify authenticity

• Reject edited or misleading videos

• Conduct additional verification

• Request fresh submissions

• Disqualify participants for false information

The decision of the selection committee shall be final and binding.

No participant shall challenge, dispute, or seek reconsideration of selection decisions.

5. FEES, PAYMENTS & CHARGES

All fees related to:

• Registration

• Evaluation

• Administration

• Digital Services

• Player Management

• Certification

• Events

• League Operations

shall be payable through authorized payment systems approved by PURVANCHAL FILM CITY PRIVATE LIMITED.

All payment receipts shall be generated through authorized channels only.

6. NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE POLICY

IMPORTANT NOTICE

All payments made to PSGL and/or PURVANCHAL FILM CITY PRIVATE LIMITED shall be:

✓ Non-Transferable

✓ Non-Adjustable

✓ Non-Exchangeable

No refund shall be granted under any circumstances including but not limited to:

• Non-selection

• Shortlisting failure

• Team allocation issues

• Personal reasons

• Withdrawal

• Injury

• Disqualification

• Suspension

• Absence

• Technical issues

• Event modification

• Event postponement

• Event cancellation

• Change in league format

• Administrative decisions

By making payment, the participant expressly acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

7. PLAYER MANAGEMENT & TEAM ALLOCATION

PSGL may allocate, transfer, reassign, replace, draft, auction, suspend, or remove players based on league requirements.

Participation in a team is subject to:

• Eligibility

• Discipline

• League requirements

• Team requirements

• Administrative decisions

All allocation decisions shall be final.

8. PLAYER CONDUCT

Participants shall maintain discipline, sportsmanship, and professional conduct at all times.

The following may result in penalties:

• Abuse

• Threats

• Violence

• Misconduct

• Match disruption

• Unsportsmanlike behaviour

• Social media misconduct

• False allegations

• Defamation

• Harassment

PSGL may impose warnings, suspensions, bans, penalties, or registration cancellation without refund.

9. MEDIA RIGHTS & CONTENT CONSENT

By participating in PSGL, participants irrevocably grant PSGL, PFC SPORTS, and PURVANCHAL FILM CITY PRIVATE LIMITED the right to:

• Record

• Photograph

• Film

• Stream

• Broadcast

• Publish

• Reproduce

• Distribute

• Edit

• Promote

their name, image, voice, performance, statistics, interviews, photographs, videos, and related content.

These rights shall be worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, transferable, and unrestricted.

No separate payment or compensation shall be payable unless specifically agreed in writing.

10. PLAYER PROFILE, RANKINGS & STATISTICS

PSGL may publish:

• Player Names

• District Names

• Team Information

• Statistics

• Rankings

• Performance Records

• Awards

• Match Data

on websites, apps, social media platforms, broadcasts, promotional materials, and other official channels.

Participants consent to such publication.

11. HEALTH, SAFETY & MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

Participation in sports activities involves inherent risks including:

• Injury

• Illness

• Accidents

• Physical Harm

• Permanent Disability

• Death

Participants voluntarily assume all associated risks.

PSGL, PFC SPORTS, PURVANCHAL FILM CITY PRIVATE LIMITED, sponsors, officials, volunteers, partners, and affiliates shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, damage, medical expense, or claim arising from participation.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All trademarks, logos, league names, team names, graphics, designs, videos, broadcasts, statistics, content, software, publications, photographs, and intellectual property associated with PSGL shall remain the exclusive property of PFC SPORTS and/or PURVANCHAL FILM CITY PRIVATE LIMITED.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

13. WEBSITE, APP & DIGITAL SERVICES

PSGL does not guarantee uninterrupted access to:

• Website

• Mobile Applications

• Registration Portals

• Streaming Platforms

• Digital Services

Technical interruptions may occur without notice.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PSGL, PFC SPORTS, PURVANCHAL FILM CITY PRIVATE LIMITED and their directors, employees, representatives, officials, sponsors, partners, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, financial, reputational, or other damages arising from participation or use of league services.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & JURISDICTION

All disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably.

In the event of unresolved disputes, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of PURVANCHAL FILM CITY PRIVATE LIMITED.

Indian law shall govern these Terms & Conditions.

16. FINAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By registering, applying, uploading content, making payments, participating in trials, attending events, or using any PSGL platform, the participant confirms that:

✓ He/She understands the Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable Policy.

✓ He/She agrees to media usage rights.

✓He/She agrees to league rules and administrative decisions.

✓ He/She voluntarily participates in PSGL.

✓ He/She accepts all terms without objection.
