PFC STREET GAME LEAGUE (PSGL)

1. INTRODUCTION

PFC Street Game League (PSGL) is a grassroots sports entertainment league created to promote local sporting talent through competitive matches, professional sports production, player recognition, and organized league participation.

This Rulebook establishes the official playing rules, match regulations, team guidelines, player eligibility requirements, disciplinary framework, and operational procedures governing PSGL competitions.

All players, team representatives, officials, support staff, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and participants are required to comply with this Rulebook.

2. LEAGUE FORMAT

PSGL may organize competitions in different formats including:

• League Stage
• Knockout Stage
• Quarter Finals
• Semi Finals
• Finals
• Exhibition Matches
• Special Matches
• Invitational Matches

The league management reserves the right to modify competition formats based on operational requirements.

3. TEAM COMPOSITION

Each team may consist of:

Playing Squad:

Minimum: 11 Players

Maximum: 15 Players

Match Playing XI:

11 Players

Team Officials May Include:

• Team Manager
• Coach
• Assistant Coach
• Support Staff

4. PLAYER ELIGIBILITY

Players must:

Complete official registration.

Submit required documents.

Complete verification procedures.

Meet age and eligibility criteria.

Follow league rules.

PSGL reserves the right to reject or disqualify any participant at any stage.

5. MATCH FORMAT

(League Management may modify based on season format)

Example:

T10 Format

• 10 Overs Per Side

OR

T20 Format

• 20 Overs Per Side

OR

Special Formats as announced.

6. TOSS

The toss shall determine:

• Bat First
OR
• Field First

The toss decision shall be final.

7. MATCH TIMING

All teams must report:

Minimum:
60 Minutes Before Match Time

Late reporting may result in:

• Penalty
• Points Deduction
• Walkover
• Disqualification

8. PLAYER DRESS CODE

Players must wear:

Official Team Jersey

Sports Shoes

Team-approved attire

Not Allowed:

Offensive Content

Political Messaging

Unauthorized Sponsorship Branding

9. SUBSTITUTE PLAYERS

Substitutes may be used only as permitted by league regulations.

Substitute participation shall be subject to official approval.

10. UMPIRE AUTHORITY

The decision of:

• Umpires
• Match Referees
• League Officials

shall be final.

Arguments, abuse, threats, or misconduct toward officials may result in penalties.

11. PLAYER CONDUCT

Players shall:

Maintain discipline

Respect officials

Respect opponents

Follow sportsmanship principles

Respect league property

Physical Altercations

Threats

Abusive Language

Match Disruption

Harassment

Property Damage

Misconduct

12. TEAM DUGOUT RULES

Only authorized persons may enter the dugout:

Registered Players

Team Officials

Authorized League Staff

NOT ALLOWED

Crowd Entry

Unauthorized Persons

Alcohol

Smoking

Illegal Substances

Abusive Behaviour

13. MATCH BALLS

The official match ball shall be decided and approved by league management.

Only approved balls may be used.

14. POWERPLAY RULES

Applicable only if officially announced for the season format.

Powerplay regulations shall be communicated before the tournament.

15. NO-BALL & WIDE RULES

Official cricket rules shall apply unless modified by league regulations.

The umpire's decision shall be final.

16. SUPER OVER RULE

If required:

A Super Over may be conducted to determine the winner.

League management reserves the right to modify tie-break procedures.

17. POINTS SYSTEM

Example:

Win:
2 Points

Loss:
0 Points

Tie/No Result:
1 Point

(Subject to season regulations)

18. NET RUN RATE (NRR)

If required, standings may be determined using:

• Net Run Rate
• Head-to-Head Record
• League Decision

19. WALKOVER RULE

A team may be declared to have given a walkover if:

• Team fails to report

• Minimum players unavailable

• Team refuses to play

League management may impose additional penalties.

20. MATCH SUSPENSION

PSGL reserves the right to suspend, delay, postpone, cancel, restart, or abandon any match due to:

• Weather Conditions

• Technical Issues

• Safety Concerns

• Crowd Disturbance

• Operational Reasons

• Force Majeure Events

21. PLAYER VERIFICATION

League officials may conduct:

Identity Verification

Age Verification

Document Verification

At any stage.

Failure may result in disqualification.

22. VIDEO TRIAL & SELECTION POLICY

Submission of a video trial does not guarantee:

Selection

Team Allocation

League Participation

All evaluations remain subject to league review.

23. PLAYER AUCTION / DRAFT

Where applicable:

PSGL may organize:

• Player Auction

• Team Draft

• Direct Allocation

• Retention System

The process shall be governed by separate auction guidelines.

24. MEDIA RIGHTS

All league-related:

• Videos

• Photographs

• Broadcasts

• Live Streams

• Graphics

• Statistics

• Interviews

remain the property of PSGL and/or PFC SPORTS.

Participants grant media usage rights upon registration.

25. SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY

Participants shall not:

Defame the league

Spread false information

Harass participants

Damage league reputation

Violations may result in suspension.

26. DISCIPLINARY ACTION

League management may impose:

• Warnings

• Match Bans

• Tournament Suspension

• Permanent Ban

• Registration Cancellation

• Team Penalties

Without refund.

27. NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY

All:

• Registration Fees

• Participation Fees

• Player Management Fees

• Administrative Charges

• Digital Service Fees

shall remain:

Non-Refundable

Non-Transferable

Non-Adjustable

Non-Exchangeable

Under all circumstances.

28. HEALTH & LIABILITY

Participation involves physical risks.

PSGL, PFC SPORTS, PURVANCHAL FILM CITY PRIVATE LIMITED, officials, sponsors, partners, and affiliates shall not be responsible for:

• Injuries

• Medical Expenses

• Losses

• Damages

• Accidents

Participants participate at their own risk.

29. LEAGUE MODIFICATIONS

PSGL reserves the right to:

• Change Rules

• Change Schedule

• Change Teams

• Change Venues

• Modify Formats

• Amend Regulations

At any time without prior notice.

30. FINAL AUTHORITY

The final interpretation of:

• Rules

• Policies

• Guidelines

• Disputes

shall remain solely with PSGL League Management.

The decision of league management shall be final and binding on all participants.

OFFICIAL DECLARATION

By registering, applying, uploading content, making payment, participating in trials, joining teams, attending events, or taking part in PSGL activities, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Official Rulebook.
