PFC Street Game League (PSGL) is a grassroots sports entertainment initiative presented by PFC SPORTS, a sports initiative of PURVANCHAL FILM CITY PRIVATE LIMITED.
PSGL has been established with the objective of promoting grassroots sports, identifying emerging talent, creating competitive sporting opportunities, and delivering professional sports entertainment experiences through events, digital platforms, media production, player recognition programs, and league-based activities.
For operational efficiency, transparency, participant management, and administrative purposes, certain services associated with PSGL may be managed, operated, coordinated, or facilitated through the official platforms, systems, departments, and administrative infrastructure of PURVANCHAL FILM CITY PRIVATE LIMITED.
These services may include, but are not limited to:
• Player Registration & Application Processing
• Participant Verification & Documentation
• Registration Fee Collection & Payment Processing
• Digital Services & Online Platforms
• Player Evaluation & Review Processes
• League Administration & Operations
• Participant Communication & Support Services
• Player Management Programs
• Digital Certification & Record Management
• Event Coordination & Scheduling
• Media, Content & Promotional Activities
• Statistical Data Management & Player Profiles
• Technical & Administrative Support Services
All registration fees, participation fees, administrative charges, management fees, digital service fees, and other applicable payments related to PSGL may be collected, processed, managed, and accounted for by PURVANCHAL FILM CITY PRIVATE LIMITED through its authorized payment gateways, websites, applications, banking channels, or official collection systems.
Such payments are collected for purposes including, but not limited to:
• Registration Processing
• Player Evaluation & Assessment
• Administrative Management
• Digital Infrastructure & Platform Services
• League Operations & Coordination
• Content Production & Media Services
• Communication & Participant Support
• Event Planning & Execution
• Record Maintenance & Documentation
• Sports Entertainment & Related Services
Submission of an application, registration form, video trial, performance material, or payment does not guarantee selection, participation, team allocation, ranking, awards, recognition, sponsorship opportunities, media exposure, future contracts, professional sports opportunities, employment, earnings, financial benefits, or advancement to any specific level of competition.
Selection, participation, team allocation, rankings, awards, recognition, media coverage, and other league-related opportunities are subject to eligibility requirements, league regulations, evaluation criteria, performance standards, administrative review, operational requirements, and the sole discretion of the league management.
By submitting an application, registering for PSGL, uploading content, participating in league-related activities, or making any payment, participants acknowledge and agree that certain operational, administrative, technical, and financial functions may be managed by PURVANCHAL FILM CITY PRIVATE LIMITED and its authorized representatives, departments, platforms, service providers, and affiliated initiatives.
Participants further acknowledge that PSGL operates as an independent sports entertainment platform and that all registrations, applications, payments, and participant services shall be governed by the applicable policies, guidelines, terms and conditions, and operational procedures established by PSGL and/or PURVANCHAL FILM CITY PRIVATE LIMITED.
For any registration, payment, participant management, administrative, or operational queries, participants may contact the official support channels designated by PSGL and PURVANCHAL FILM CITY PRIVATE LIMITED.
REFUND & TRANSFER POLICY
All registration fees, participation fees, administrative charges, player management fees, digital service fees, evaluation fees, and any other payments made in connection with PSGL shall be final.
Once a payment has been successfully processed, received, or acknowledged by PURVANCHAL FILM CITY PRIVATE LIMITED, such payment shall be considered:
• Non-Refundable
• Non-Transferable
• Non-Adjustable
• Non-Exchangeable
Under no circumstances shall any participant be entitled to claim a refund, transfer, adjustment, credit, or reimbursement of any fee or payment made towards registration, application processing, player evaluation, digital services, administrative services, participant management, league operations, event planning, content production, certification, or any other league-related activity.
The submission of an application, registration form, performance video, supporting documents, or payment does not guarantee selection, participation, team allocation, ranking, media coverage, awards, sponsorship opportunities, recognition, contracts, employment, earnings, financial benefits, or advancement within the league.
In the event that a participant is not shortlisted, not selected, withdraws voluntarily, becomes ineligible, fails verification, remains absent, is suspended, is disqualified, or chooses not to participate after registration, no refund, transfer, adjustment, or compensation shall be provided.
All participants are advised to carefully review the league information, eligibility requirements, policies, guidelines, terms and conditions, and fee structure before making any payment.
By submitting an application and making a payment, the participant acknowledges, understands, and agrees to this Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable Payment Policy in its entirety.
