PFC STREET GAME LEAGUE (PSGL)

1. PURPOSE

The PSGL Player Management & Operations Guidelines (PMOG) establish the official framework governing player registration, verification, evaluation, selection, allocation, participation, conduct, administration, and management within PFC Street Game League (PSGL).

These guidelines are designed to ensure transparency, professionalism, fairness, discipline, and efficient league operations.

2. PLAYER REGISTRATION

All players must complete the official PSGL registration process through the designated registration portal.

Registration may require:

• Full Name

• Date of Birth

• Mobile Number

• Email Address

• Address Details

• District Information

• Sports Category

• Player Role

• Recent Photograph

• Introduction Video

• Performance Videos

• Identity Documents

• Other information as required

Incomplete applications may be rejected.

3. PLAYER ELIGIBILITY

To participate in PSGL, a player must:

✓ Meet the eligibility criteria announced for the season.

✓ Submit accurate information.

✓ Successfully complete verification requirements.

✓ Accept all league rules, policies, guidelines, and terms.

✓ Maintain good conduct throughout participation.

PSGL reserves the right to determine eligibility.

4. PLAYER VERIFICATION

The league may conduct:

Identity Verification

Verification of submitted personal information.

Age Verification

Verification of age-related eligibility.

Document Verification

Review of supporting documents.

Video Verification

Verification of submitted performance videos.

Failure to comply may result in:

• Rejection

• Suspension

• Disqualification

• Registration Cancellation

5. VIDEO TRIAL PROCESS

Players may be required to submit:

🎥 Introduction Video

🎥 Skill Demonstration Videos

🎥 Match Performance Clips

🎥 Fitness Assessment Videos

🎥 Position-Specific Videos

The league reserves the right to:

• Accept submissions

• Reject submissions

• Request re-submission

• Conduct additional evaluation

• Verify authenticity

Edited, misleading, manipulated, or fraudulent videos may result in disqualification.

6. PLAYER EVALUATION

Player evaluation may be based on:

• Skill Level

• Performance

• Fitness

• Discipline

• Team Requirements

• League Requirements

• Selection Committee Review

Evaluation methods may change without prior notice.

7. SHORTLISTING PROCESS

Players may be:

✓ Shortlisted

✓ Waitlisted

✓ Selected

✓ Rejected

based on evaluation results.

League management reserves the right to determine the number of selected players.

8. PLAYER ALLOCATION

PSGL may use:

• Direct Team Allocation

• Player Draft

• Player Auction

• Retention System

• Replacement Player System

Players may be assigned to teams according to league requirements.

Participation in allocation processes does not guarantee final team placement.

9. PLAYER MANAGEMENT FEE

Where applicable, selected players may be required to pay:

• Player Management Fee

• Administrative Fee

• League Participation Fee

• Digital Service Charges

• Team Processing Charges

Such fees shall be communicated separately.

10. NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY

All payments made towards:

• Registration

• Evaluation

• Verification

• Player Management

• League Participation

• Administrative Services

• Digital Services

shall be:

✓ Non-Refundable

✓ Non-Transferable

✓ Non-Adjustable

✓ Non-Exchangeable

under all circumstances.

No refund shall be issued due to:

• Non-selection

• Team allocation decisions

• Withdrawal

• Injury

• Suspension

• Disqualification

• Absence

• League changes

• Administrative decisions

11. PLAYER PROFILE MANAGEMENT

PSGL may create and maintain player profiles containing:

• Name

• District

• Team

• Statistics

• Rankings

• Awards

• Achievements

• Match Records

Such information may be displayed publicly on official platforms.

12. PLAYER RANKINGS

The league may maintain official rankings based on:

• Match Performance

• Statistics

• Consistency

• Fitness

• League Participation

Ranking systems may be modified at any time.

13. PLAYER TRANSFER & REPLACEMENT

League management may:

• Transfer Players

• Replace Players

• Reassign Players

• Remove Players

• Add Replacement Players

when required.

All decisions shall remain final.

14. PLAYER RESPONSIBILITIES

Players must:

✓ Follow league rules

✓ Follow official instructions

✓ Respect officials

✓ Respect opponents

✓ Maintain discipline

✓ Cooperate during operations

✓ Provide accurate information

✓ Attend required activities

15. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Players shall not:

✗ Provide false information

✗ Submit fake documents

✗ Use abusive language

✗ Engage in violence

✗ Damage league property

✗ Harass participants

✗ Misrepresent league affiliation

✗ Engage in misconduct

Violations may result in disciplinary action.

16. PLAYER MEDIA RIGHTS

By registering, players grant PSGL, PFC SPORTS, and PURVANCHAL FILM CITY PRIVATE LIMITED the right to:

• Photograph

• Film

• Record

• Broadcast

• Livestream

• Publish

• Edit

• Promote

their name, image, voice, statistics, interviews, and performance content.

These rights shall be worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, and unrestricted.

No separate compensation shall be payable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

17. SOCIAL MEDIA GUIDELINES

Players must not:

✗ Spread false information

✗ Defame the league

✗ Mislead the public

✗ Harass other participants

✗ Damage league reputation

PSGL may take disciplinary action against violations.

18. DISCIPLINARY ACTION

PSGL may impose:

• Warning

• Match Suspension

• Tournament Suspension

• Team Removal

• Player Ban

• Registration Cancellation

• Participation Restriction

without refund.

19. HEALTH & FITNESS

Players participate at their own risk.

The league recommends:

✓ Medical Fitness

✓ Adequate Training

✓ Personal Insurance

✓ Proper Safety Measures

PSGL shall not be liable for injuries, medical expenses, losses, or damages arising from participation.

20. PLAYER CERTIFICATES

Participation certificates, achievement certificates, digital certificates, awards, and recognitions may be issued at the sole discretion of the league.

The league reserves the right to determine eligibility.

21. PLAYER DATA MANAGEMENT

PSGL may collect, store, process, maintain, and use participant information for:

• Registration

• Verification

• Evaluation

• League Operations

• Player Management

• Statistics

• Rankings

• Media Activities

• Administrative Purposes

All such activities shall be governed by the applicable Privacy Policy.

22. LEAGUE MODIFICATIONS

PSGL reserves the right to:

• Modify Selection Criteria

• Modify Operations

• Change Team Structures

• Amend Procedures

• Change Schedules

• Revise Guidelines

without prior notice.

23. FINAL AUTHORITY

All decisions regarding:

• Player Eligibility

• Selection

• Verification

• Team Allocation

• Participation

• Rankings

• Discipline

• Operations

shall remain solely with PSGL League Management.

The decision of the league management shall be final and binding.

PLAYER DECLARATION

By registering, applying, uploading content, participating in trials, making payments, joining teams, or taking part in PSGL activities, the player confirms that:

✓ All information provided is true and accurate.

✓ He/She accepts the Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable Policy.

✓ He/She agrees to media usage rights.

✓ He/She agrees to league rules and operational decisions.

✓ He/She voluntarily participates in PSGL.

✓ He/She accepts all guidelines contained in this PMOG document.
