PFC STREET GAME LEAGUE (PSGL)

1. INTRODUCTION
The PSGL Commercial & Business Guidelines establish the official commercial, financial, sponsorship, branding, partnership, franchise, media, broadcasting, merchandise, and revenue management framework governing all business-related activities associated with PFC Street Game League (PSGL).
These guidelines are intended to ensure transparency, professionalism, commercial sustainability, brand protection, and operational consistency across all league activities.
2. OWNERSHIP & RIGHTS
PFC Street Game League (PSGL), PFC SPORTS, league branding, logos, team identities, graphics, publications, digital assets, videos, photographs, broadcasts, statistics, databases, and related intellectual property are owned, licensed, controlled, or managed by PFC SPORTS and/or PURVANCHAL FILM CITY PRIVATE LIMITED.
All commercial rights remain reserved unless expressly authorized in writing.
3. REGISTRATION REVENUE POLICY
PSGL may collect revenue through:
• Registration Fees
• Trial Fees
• Evaluation Fees
• Administrative Charges
• Digital Service Fees
• Player Management Fees
• League Participation Fees
• Certification Fees
• Event Registration Charges
All such payments shall be processed through authorized platforms approved by PURVANCHAL FILM CITY PRIVATE LIMITED.
4. NON-REFUNDABLE BUSINESS POLICY
All commercial transactions including:
• Registration Fees
• Participation Fees
• Administrative Charges
• Management Fees
• Evaluation Fees
• Digital Service Charges
• Certification Charges
shall be:
✓ Non-Refundable
✓ Non-Transferable
✓ Non-Adjustable
✓ Non-Exchangeable
No refunds shall be issued due to:
• Non-selection
• Team allocation decisions
• Withdrawal
• Absence
• Personal reasons
• Schedule changes
• League format modifications
• Suspension
• Disqualification
• Administrative decisions
5. SPONSORSHIP POLICY
PSGL may enter into sponsorship agreements with:
• Corporate Brands
• Businesses
• Institutions
• Startups
• Media Partners
• Strategic Partners
• Event Partners
Sponsors may receive branding opportunities including:
• Logo Placement
• Digital Branding
• Ground Branding
• Broadcast Branding
• Social Media Promotion
• Website Visibility
• Event Visibility
subject to league approval.
6. ADVERTISING RIGHTS
PSGL reserves exclusive rights over:
• Stadium Branding
• Boundary Branding
• Jersey Branding
• Website Advertising
• Digital Advertising
• Broadcast Advertising
• Event Advertising
• Sponsor Integration
No unauthorized advertising shall be permitted.
7. TEAM BRANDING GUIDELINES
Participating teams may be provided with:
• Team Identity
• Team Logos
• Team Branding Assets
• Promotional Materials
All team branding remains subject to PSGL approval.
Unauthorized modification of official branding is prohibited.
8. PLAYER AUCTION & DRAFT POLICY
Where applicable, PSGL may organize:
• Player Auctions
• Team Drafts
• Retention Systems
• Player Allocation Programs
The league reserves the right to determine:
• Auction Structure
• Player Categories
• Team Limits
• Auction Procedures
• Retention Rules
Participation in an auction does not guarantee selection.
9. PLAYER COMPENSATION POLICY
Unless specifically announced by league management:
Participation in PSGL does not automatically create any entitlement to:
• Salary
• Employment
• Contracts
• Stipends
• Sponsorship Payments
• Financial Benefits
Any future player benefits, incentives, prizes, rewards, or compensation shall remain subject to league policies and separate agreements.
10. PRIZES & AWARDS POLICY
PSGL may offer:

📜 Certificates
🌟 Recognition Awards
Prize structures may vary by season, event, category, sponsorship availability, and league decisions.
The league reserves the right to modify prize structures without prior notice.
11. MEDIA & BROADCAST RIGHTS
All rights related to:
• Live Streaming
• Broadcasts
• Highlights
• Match Footage
• Photographs
• Audio Recordings
• Graphics
• Interviews
• Promotional Content
shall belong exclusively to PSGL and/or PURVANCHAL FILM CITY PRIVATE LIMITED unless otherwise agreed in writing.
12. DIGITAL CONTENT MONETIZATION
PSGL may monetize content through:
• Advertising Revenue
• Sponsorship Revenue
• Platform Revenue
• Streaming Revenue
• Subscription Revenue
• Digital Partnerships
Participants shall not be entitled to revenue sharing unless specifically agreed through a written agreement.
13. MERCHANDISE POLICY
PSGL may develop and sell:
• Jerseys
• T-Shirts
• Caps
• Sports Accessories
• Souvenirs
• Official Merchandise
All merchandise rights remain exclusively with PSGL.
Unauthorized manufacturing or sale is prohibited.
14. WEBSITE & DIGITAL PLATFORM POLICY
PSGL may operate:
• Websites
• Mobile Applications
• Registration Portals
• Player Platforms
• Community Platforms
The league reserves the right to introduce premium, subscription-based, or paid services in the future.
15. PARTNERSHIP POLICY
PSGL may collaborate with:
• Sports Academies
• Educational Institutions
• Brands
• Sports Organizations
• Media Companies
• Government Bodies
• Event Organizers
• Strategic Partners
All partnerships shall remain subject to league approval.
16. FRANCHISE & TEAM OWNERSHIP POLICY

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
18. TAXATION & COMPLIANCE
All participants, sponsors, partners, franchisees, advertisers, and stakeholders shall be responsible for compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
Applicable taxes, including GST and other statutory charges, may be levied where required by law.
19. BUSINESS MODIFICATIONS
PSGL reserves the right to:
• Change Commercial Structures
• Revise Fees
• Modify Sponsorship Programs
• Amend Revenue Models
• Update Business Policies
• Introduce New Services
without prior notice.
20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
PSGL, PFC SPORTS, PURVANCHAL FILM CITY PRIVATE LIMITED, and their directors, employees, representatives, sponsors, partners, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any commercial losses, financial damages, business interruptions, opportunity losses, or consequential damages arising from participation in league-related activities.
21. FINAL AUTHORITY
The interpretation of all commercial, financial, sponsorship, advertising, franchise, partnership, and business matters shall remain solely with PSGL League Management and PURVANCHAL FILM CITY PRIVATE LIMITED.
All decisions shall be final and binding.
OFFICIAL DECLARATION
All participants, sponsors, advertisers, partners, franchise owners, team representatives, vendors, service providers, and stakeholders acknowledge and agree to comply with these Commercial & Business Guidelines.
