PFC STREET GAME LEAGUE (PSGL)

1. PURPOSE

The Team Dugout is an official operational area designated for players, team officials, and authorized league representatives during PSGL matches and events.

These guidelines are designed to maintain discipline, safety, professionalism, fair play, and smooth match operations.

All teams, players, coaches, managers, support staff, and authorized personnel are required to comply with these guidelines.

2. AUTHORIZED ACCESS

Only the following individuals are permitted inside the Team Dugout:

Players

✓ Registered Squad Members

✓ Playing XI

✓ Approved Substitute Players

Team Officials

✓ Team Owner

✓ Team Manager

✓ Head Coach

✓ Assistant Coach

✓ Team Analyst

✓ Team Physiotherapist

✓ Authorized Support Staff

League Representatives

✓ Match Referee

✓ League Officials

✓ Tournament Director

✓ Security Personnel

✓ Authorized Media Personnel (with permission)

3. UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS

The following individuals are strictly prohibited from entering the Team Dugout:

✗ Spectators

✗ Friends of Players

✗ Family Members

✗ Unregistered Players

✗ Sponsors (without authorization)

✗ Social Media Influencers

✗ Local Supporters

✗ Unauthorized Media Personnel

✗ General Public

Violation may result in removal from the venue.

4. DUGOUT DISCIPLINE

All individuals inside the dugout must:

✓ Maintain professional behaviour

✓ Follow official instructions

✓ Respect opponents

✓ Respect match officials

✓ Maintain cleanliness

✓ Support fair play principles

✓ Cooperate with security personnel

5. DUGOUT CONDUCT

The dugout must remain a professional sporting environment.

Participants shall:

✓ Encourage teammates positively

✓ Maintain sportsmanship

✓ Follow league protocols

✓ Avoid unnecessary disruptions

STRICTLY PROHIBITED

✗ Abusive Language

✗ Threatening Behaviour

✗ Fighting

✗ Intimidation

✗ Harassment

✗ Offensive Gestures

✗ Provocative Behaviour

✗ Misconduct

6. INTERACTION WITH MATCH OFFICIALS

Players and team officials shall:

✓ Communicate respectfully

✓ Follow official decisions

✓ Use designated channels for concerns

NOT ALLOWED:

✗ Aggressive Arguments

✗ Intimidation

✗ Verbal Abuse

✗ Physical Confrontation

✗ Public Misconduct

Any violation may result in disciplinary action.

7. DUGOUT SAFETY POLICY

To ensure safety:

✓ Emergency pathways must remain clear.

✓ Equipment must be stored properly.

✓ Restricted areas must be respected.

✓ Safety instructions must be followed.

Participants must immediately report any safety concerns.

8. CLEANLINESS & PROPERTY PROTECTION

All teams are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in and around their dugout area.

Teams shall not:

✗ Damage Furniture

✗ Damage Infrastructure

✗ Damage Sponsor Materials

✗ Damage Technical Equipment

✗ Damage League Property

Any damage may result in financial liability and disciplinary action.

9. COMMUNICATION DEVICES

Use of mobile phones, laptops, tablets, communication devices, cameras, or electronic equipment may be restricted during matches.

League officials reserve the right to regulate electronic device usage.

10. ALCOHOL, TOBACCO & PROHIBITED SUBSTANCES

The following are strictly prohibited inside or around the dugout area:

✗ Alcohol

✗ Smoking

✗ Tobacco Products

✗ E-Cigarettes

✗ Narcotics

✗ Illegal Substances

Violation may result in immediate removal and disciplinary action.

11. FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY

Permitted:

✓ Water

✓ Energy Drinks

✓ Sports Nutrition Products

✓ Approved Refreshments

Participants must dispose of waste responsibly.

12. MEDIA & CONTENT CREATION

Only authorized personnel may create official content inside the dugout.

Participants acknowledge that:

🎥 Photography

🎥 Videography

🎥 Live Streaming

🎥 Interviews

📸 Media Coverage

may occur during league activities.

All media rights belong to PSGL and/or PFC SPORTS.

13. TEAM BANNERS & BRANDING

Teams may display approved branding materials only.

The following require prior approval:

✓ Team Banners

✓ Promotional Materials

✓ Branding Displays

✓ Sponsor Signage

Unauthorized branding is prohibited.

14. CROWD INTERACTION

Players and officials shall:

✓ Interact respectfully with spectators

✓ Promote positive engagement

✓ Avoid confrontations

NOT ALLOWED:

✗ Abuse Towards Spectators

✗ Provoking Crowd Reactions

✗ Inciting Disturbances

✗ Offensive Behaviour

15. SOCIAL MEDIA CONDUCT

Individuals inside the dugout shall not:

✗ Share confidential information

✗ Publish misleading content

✗ Defame the league

✗ Defame participants

✗ Create controversy or disruption

PSGL may take disciplinary action for violations.

16. DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS

PSGL reserves the right to impose:

⚠ Verbal Warning

⚠ Written Warning

⚠ Match Suspension

⚠ Tournament Suspension

⚠ Removal From Dugout

⚠ Team Penalties

⚠ Registration Cancellation

⚠ Permanent Ban

depending upon the severity of the violation.

17. SECURITY AUTHORITY

League Security Personnel and Match Officials shall have full authority to:

✓ Conduct Verification

✓ Remove Unauthorized Persons

✓ Enforce Safety Protocols

✓ Maintain Order

✓ Prevent Disruptions

All participants must cooperate fully.

18. NO REFUND POLICY

Any disciplinary action, suspension, removal, or expulsion from the dugout shall not create any entitlement to:

✗ Refund

✗ Compensation

✗ Fee Adjustment

✗ Transfer of Registration

All applicable fees remain Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable.

19. FINAL AUTHORITY

The interpretation, implementation, and enforcement of these Dugout Guidelines shall remain solely with PSGL League Management.

All decisions made by league management, match officials, or authorized representatives shall be final and binding.

OFFICIAL DECLARATION

By participating in PSGL, entering a team dugout, representing a team, or attending league activities in an official capacity, individuals acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Team Dugout Guidelines.

Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, suspension, removal, or permanent exclusion from league activities.
