1. PURPOSE

The PSGL Media & Broadcast Guidelines establish the official framework governing photography, videography, live streaming, broadcasting, interviews, content creation, media access, digital publishing, and commercial media rights associated with PFC Street Game League (PSGL).

These guidelines are intended to protect league assets, maintain professional broadcast standards, ensure participant safety, and safeguard the intellectual property rights of PSGL, PFC SPORTS, and PURVANCHAL FILM CITY PRIVATE LIMITED.

2. OWNERSHIP OF MEDIA RIGHTS

All media, broadcast, streaming, audio-visual, digital, photographic, statistical, editorial, promotional, and commercial rights relating to PSGL shall remain the exclusive property of:

PFC SPORTS

A Sports Initiative of

PURVANCHAL FILM CITY PRIVATE LIMITED

unless otherwise agreed in writing.

These rights include but are not limited to:

✓ Live Streaming Rights

✓ Broadcast Rights

✓ Recording Rights

✓ Photography Rights

✓ Highlight Rights

✓ Digital Content Rights

✓ Social Media Rights

✓ Commercial Media Rights

✓ Archive Rights

✓ Documentary Rights

✓ Promotional Rights

3. OFFICIAL MEDIA PARTNERS

Only media organizations, broadcasters, photographers, videographers, journalists, content creators, influencers, agencies, and production companies officially accredited by PSGL may conduct media activities within league premises.

PSGL reserves the right to:

• Approve Media Access

• Reject Applications

• Restrict Coverage

• Revoke Accreditation

at any time.

4. PLAYER MEDIA CONSENT

By registering for PSGL, participants grant PSGL, PFC SPORTS, and PURVANCHAL FILM CITY PRIVATE LIMITED a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and unrestricted license to:

✓ Photograph

✓ Film

✓ Record

✓ Broadcast

✓ Livestream

✓ Publish

✓ Reproduce

✓ Edit

✓ Promote

their:

• Name

• Image

• Voice

• Likeness

• Statistics

• Interviews

• Performance Footage

• Match Participation

for commercial and non-commercial purposes.

No additional compensation shall be payable unless specifically agreed in writing.

5. LIVE STREAMING POLICY

PSGL reserves the exclusive right to livestream league matches and events through:

📱 Social Media Platforms

💻 Websites

📡 OTT Platforms

🎥 Mobile Applications

🖥 Digital Broadcasting Platforms

No person may independently livestream any match without prior written approval.

6. BROADCAST OPERATIONS

Official broadcasts may include:

🎥 Multi-Camera Coverage

🎙 Live Commentary

📊 Live Score Graphics

🎬 Instant Highlights

📸 Player Features

🎤 Interviews

📱 Social Media Content

📺 Commercial Integrations

PSGL reserves the right to modify broadcast formats at any time.

7. CAMERA ACCESS POLICY

Authorized camera operators may be assigned access to:

✓ Playing Area

✓ Boundary Line

✓ Team Dugouts

✓ Presentation Areas

✓ Interview Zones

✓ Media Zones

Access shall remain subject to operational and safety requirements.

8. RESTRICTED AREAS

Without authorization, the following areas are restricted:

✗ Umpire Zones

✗ Scoring Areas

✗ Broadcast Control Areas

✗ Technical Rooms

✗ Equipment Zones

✗ Administrative Areas

✗ Security Areas

Unauthorized access may result in removal.

9. PHOTOGRAPHY GUIDELINES

Authorized photographers may:

✓ Capture Match Action

✓ Team Activities

✓ Trophy Ceremonies

✓ Fan Engagement

✓ Promotional Content

All photographs captured during league activities may be used by PSGL for promotional, editorial, commercial, and archival purposes.

10. CONTENT CREATION POLICY

PSGL may create and publish:

🎤 Interviews

📸 Photo Galleries

📱 Reels & Short Videos

🏆 Award Features

📊 Statistical Content

🌟 Player Spotlights

Participants consent to such content creation.

11. SOCIAL MEDIA RIGHTS

PSGL reserves the right to publish content across:

• YouTube

• Facebook

• Instagram

• X (Twitter)

• OTT Platforms

• Mobile Applications

• Official Websites

• Future Digital Platforms

All official content remains the intellectual property of PSGL.

12. MEDIA INTERVIEWS

Players, coaches, team officials, sponsors, and league representatives may be requested to participate in interviews.

Participants shall:

✓ Maintain professionalism

✓ Provide accurate information

✓ Respect league policies

✓ Avoid defamatory remarks

13. COMMERCIAL USE RESTRICTIONS

No individual or organization may:

✗ Sell PSGL footage

✗ Monetize PSGL content

✗ Redistribute broadcasts

✗ Use PSGL branding

✗ Reproduce official content

for commercial purposes without written authorization.

14. COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The following remain protected intellectual property:

✓ League Name

✓ PSGL Logo

✓ Team Logos

✓ Team Names

✓ Broadcast Graphics

✓ Match Footage

✓ Highlight Packages

✓ Commentary Audio

✓ Statistical Databases

✓ Publications

✓ Photographs

✓ Digital Assets

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

15. DRONE OPERATIONS

Drone operations may be conducted only by:

✓ Authorized Operators

✓ Approved Production Teams

✓ Licensed Personnel (where required)

Drone operations shall comply with applicable laws and safety requirements.

PSGL reserves the right to prohibit drone usage at any venue.

16. MEDIA MISCONDUCT

The following may result in accreditation suspension or removal:

✗ Unauthorized Recording

✗ Unauthorized Streaming

✗ Interference With Matches

✗ Harassment

✗ Misrepresentation

✗ False Reporting

✗ Defamation

✗ Violation Of League Policies

17. SPONSOR & BRAND INTEGRATION

PSGL may integrate:

✓ Sponsor Branding

✓ Commercial Advertisements

✓ Product Placements

✓ Promotional Campaigns

✓ Brand Activations

within broadcasts and digital content.

Participants acknowledge and accept such integrations.

18. ARCHIVE RIGHTS

PSGL reserves perpetual rights to:

• Store

• Archive

• Reuse

• Republish

• Redistribute

official content created during league activities.

Such rights shall survive the conclusion of the event.

19. NO COMPENSATION POLICY

Unless specifically agreed in writing:

Participants shall not be entitled to:

✗ Appearance Fees

✗ Broadcast Royalties

✗ Revenue Sharing

✗ Media Compensation

✗ Streaming Revenue

for content captured during league activities.

20. DISCIPLINARY ACTION

PSGL may impose:

⚠ Warning

⚠ Media Restriction

⚠ Accreditation Suspension

⚠ Removal From Venue

⚠ Event Ban

⚠ Permanent Blacklisting

⚠ Legal Proceedings

for violations of these guidelines.

21. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

PSGL, PFC SPORTS, PURVANCHAL FILM CITY PRIVATE LIMITED, broadcasters, production partners, sponsors, affiliates, employees, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any losses, damages, reputational harm, business interruption, or claims arising from media or broadcast activities.

22. FINAL AUTHORITY

All decisions regarding:

• Media Access

• Broadcast Rights

• Streaming Rights

• Content Usage

• Accreditation

• Commercial Media Activities

shall remain solely with PSGL League Management.

All decisions shall be final and binding.

OFFICIAL DECLARATION

By participating in PSGL, attending league events, creating content, accessing media zones, receiving accreditation, or appearing in league-related broadcasts, all individuals acknowledge and agree to comply with these Media & Broadcast Guidelines.
