PFC STREET GAME LEAGUE (PSGL)

1. PURPOSE

The PSGL Code of Conduct establishes the standards of behavior, professionalism, discipline, ethics, sportsmanship, and responsibility expected from all participants associated with PFC Street Game League (PSGL).

This Code of Conduct applies to:

✓ Team Owners

✓ Team Managers

✓ Coaches

✓ Support Staff

✓ Umpires

✓ Match Officials

✓ Commentators

✓ Volunteers

✓ Media Personnel

✓ Sponsors

✓ Partners

✓ Spectators

✓ Any person associated with PSGL

3. GENERAL BEHAVIOUR

All participants shall:

✓ Respect league property

✓ Follow official instructions

✓ Maintain professional conduct

✓ Promote a positive sporting environment

4. FAIR PLAY POLICY

Every participant must:

✓ Compete honestly

✓ Respect match results

✓ Follow the official rules

✓ Accept umpire decisions

✓ Avoid unfair advantages

Any attempt to manipulate outcomes may result in disciplinary action.

5. PLAYER CONDUCT

Players must:

✓ Arrive on time

✓ Wear approved attire

✓ Follow team instructions

✓ Maintain discipline

✓ Respect opponents

✓ Respect officials

✓ Follow safety protocols

✓ Maintain professional behaviour both on and off the field

6. TEAM MANAGEMENT CONDUCT

Team Owners, Managers, Coaches, and Support Staff shall:

✓ Act professionally

✓ Encourage fair play

✓ Avoid influencing match officials

✓ Maintain discipline within the team

✓ Cooperate with league administration

✓ Ensure player compliance

7. MATCH OFFICIAL RESPECT POLICY

Participants shall:

✓ Accept official decisions

✓ Communicate respectfully

✓ Follow umpire instructions

STRICTLY PROHIBITED

✗ Arguing aggressively

✗ Verbal abuse

✗ Threats

✗ Intimidation

✗ Physical confrontation

✗ Public misconduct towards officials

8. ANTI-ABUSE POLICY

The following shall not be tolerated:

✗ Verbal Abuse

✗ Personal Attacks

✗ Harassment

✗ Bullying

✗ Offensive Remarks

✗ Discriminatory Behaviour

✗ Threatening Language

PSGL may immediately suspend offenders.

9. ANTI-VIOLENCE POLICY

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

✗ Fighting

✗ Physical Assault

✗ Aggressive Behaviour

✗ Property Damage

✗ Crowd Incitement

✗ Throwing Objects

✗ Physical Threats

Violations may result in:

• Match Suspension

• Tournament Ban

• Permanent Expulsion

• Legal Action

10. ANTI-CHEATING POLICY

Participants shall not:

✗ Provide false information

✗ Submit fake documents

✗ Misrepresent identity

✗ Impersonate another player

✗ Manipulate statistics

✗ Use fraudulent methods

Any violation may result in immediate disqualification.

11. SOCIAL MEDIA CODE OF CONDUCT

All participants shall act responsibly on social media.

The following are prohibited:

✗ Defamation of PSGL

✗ False Allegations

✗ Abuse of Participants

✗ Offensive Content

✗ Misleading Statements

✗ Publication of Confidential Information

PSGL reserves the right to take disciplinary action based on online conduct.

12. MEDIA INTERACTION POLICY

Participants representing PSGL shall:

✓ Provide accurate information

✓ Maintain professionalism

✓ Respect league policies

✓ Avoid damaging league reputation

Participants shall not falsely claim official league positions or authority.

13. TEAM DUGOUT CONDUCT

Only authorized personnel may enter team dugouts.

Allowed:

✓ Registered Players

✓ Team Officials

✓ Authorized Staff

✓ League Representatives

Not Allowed:

✗ Spectators

✗ Unauthorized Individuals

✗ Alcohol Consumption

✗ Smoking

✗ Illegal Substances

✗ Disorderly Behaviour

14. CROWD & SPECTATOR CONDUCT

Spectators shall:

✓ Respect players

✓ Respect officials

✓ Follow venue rules

✓ Avoid disruption

Prohibited:

✗ Violence

✗ Harassment

✗ Offensive Language

✗ Property Damage

✗ Unauthorized Field Entry

15. PROPERTY PROTECTION

Participants shall not:

✗ Damage equipment

✗ Damage venue property

✗ Damage sponsor materials

✗ Damage broadcast equipment

Any damage may result in penalties and recovery of costs.

16. ALCOHOL, TOBACCO & PROHIBITED SUBSTANCES

The use, possession, distribution, or consumption of:

✗ Alcohol

✗ Illegal Drugs

✗ Intoxicating Substances

within restricted league areas is prohibited.

League management reserves the right to remove offenders immediately.

17. SAFETY & SECURITY COMPLIANCE

Participants must:

✓ Follow safety instructions

✓ Cooperate with security personnel

✓ Follow emergency procedures

✓ Report safety concerns immediately

Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action.

18. DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS

PSGL may impose:

⚠ Warning

⚠ Match Suspension

⚠ Tournament Suspension

⚠ Team Penalties

⚠ Registration Cancellation

⚠ Expulsion

⚠ Permanent Ban

⚠ Legal Action

without prior notice.

19. REPORTING MISCONDUCT

Participants may report:

• Abuse

• Harassment

• Violence

• Fraud

• Safety Concerns

• Rule Violations

to official league representatives.

All reports shall be reviewed by league management.

20. INVESTIGATION PROCEDURE

PSGL may investigate any alleged misconduct.

The league may:

• Review Evidence

• Interview Participants

• Review Video Footage

• Review Documents

• Consult Officials

League decisions shall be final.

21. NO REFUND POLICY

Any suspension, ban, removal, disqualification, or disciplinary action shall not create any entitlement to:

✗ Refund

✗ Compensation

✗ Transfer of Fees

✗ Financial Claims

All applicable fees remain Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable.

22. FINAL AUTHORITY

The interpretation and enforcement of this Code of Conduct shall remain solely with PSGL League Management.

All decisions made by PSGL management shall be final, binding, and enforceable.

OFFICIAL DECLARATION

By registering, participating, attending events, representing a team, volunteering, providing services, or associating with PSGL in any capacity, all individuals acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Code of Conduct.

Violation of this Code may result in disciplinary action, suspension, removal, or permanent exclusion from PSGL activities.
