1. PURPOSE

The PSGL Disciplinary Policy establishes the official framework for maintaining discipline, professionalism, integrity, safety, fair play, and ethical conduct within PFC Street Game League (PSGL).

This policy outlines disciplinary procedures, offences, penalties, suspensions, bans, investigations, appeals, and enforcement mechanisms applicable to all participants associated with the league.

2. APPLICABILITY

This policy applies to:

✓ Players

✓ Team Owners

✓ Team Managers

✓ Coaches

✓ Support Staff

✓ Match Officials

✓ Umpires

✓ Scorers

✓ Commentators

✓ Volunteers

✓ Media Personnel

✓ Sponsors

✓ Spectators

✓ Partners

✓ Service Providers

✓ Any individual associated with PSGL

3. DISCIPLINARY AUTHORITY

The PSGL Disciplinary Committee shall have authority over all disciplinary matters.

The committee may include:

• League Director

• Tournament Director

• Match Referee

• Operations Head

• Authorized League Representatives

The committee's decision shall be final and binding.

4. OBJECTIVES

The disciplinary framework seeks to:

✓ Protect Participants

✓ Prevent Misconduct

✓ Maintain Professional Standards

✓ Ensure Safe Sporting Environment

✓ Protect League Reputation

5. CATEGORIES OF OFFENCES

Level 1 – Minor Offences

Examples:

• Late Reporting

• Minor Misconduct

• Unsporting Behaviour

• Minor Verbal Disputes

• Failure To Follow Instructions

• Dress Code Violations

Possible Penalties:

⚠ Fine (if applicable)

Level 2 – Moderate Offences

Examples:

• Repeated Misconduct

• Aggressive Behaviour

• Verbal Abuse

• Dugout Misconduct

• Social Media Violations

• Unauthorized Media Activity

• Match Disruption

Possible Penalties:

Level 3 – Serious Offences

Examples:

• Threatening Behaviour

• Harassment

• Property Damage

• Fraudulent Activities

• False Documentation

• Unauthorized Commercial Activity

• Defamation

Possible Penalties:

⚠ Tournament Suspension

⚠ Registration Cancellation

⚠ Permanent Record Entry

Level 4 – Gross Misconduct

Examples:

• Physical Assault

• Violence

• Match Manipulation

• Corruption

• Criminal Activity

• Serious Threats

• Repeated Serious Violations

Possible Penalties:

⚠ Immediate Expulsion

⚠ Permanent Ban

⚠ Lifetime Restriction

⚠ Legal Action

6. PLAYER DISCIPLINARY OFFENCES

Players shall not:

✗ Use Abusive Language

✗ Threaten Participants

✗ Engage In Fighting

✗ Damage Property

✗ Submit False Information

✗ Misrepresent Identity

✗ Disrupt Matches

✗ Violate League Rules

7. TEAM OFFICIAL OFFENCES

Team Officials shall not:

✗ Influence Umpires

✗ Encourage Misconduct

✗ Mislead Players

✗ Interfere With League Operations

✗ Abuse Participants

✗ Damage League Reputation

8. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCIPLINARY POLICY

The following may result in disciplinary action:

✗ False Allegations

✗ Defamation

✗ Harassment

✗ Hate Speech

✗ Publication Of Confidential Information

✗ Damage To League Reputation

✗ Fake News Related To PSGL

PSGL reserves the right to take action based on online activities.

9. MEDIA DISCIPLINARY VIOLATIONS

Violations include:

✗ Unauthorized Live Streaming

✗ Unauthorized Recording

✗ Commercial Use Of League Content

✗ Copyright Violations

✗ Misuse Of League Branding

Penalties may include suspension and legal action.

10. MATCH DAY DISCIPLINARY OFFENCES

Examples:

✗ Abuse Towards Officials

✗ Refusal To Follow Instructions

✗ Dugout Misconduct

✗ Crowd Incitement

✗ Interference With Match Operations

✗ Unauthorized Field Entry

11. INVESTIGATION PROCEDURE

PSGL may investigate any alleged violation.

Investigations may include:

✓ Video Review

✓ Document Review

✓ Witness Statements

✓ Official Reports

✓ Digital Evidence

✓ Social Media Evidence

The disciplinary committee may review any relevant material.

12. INTERIM SUSPENSION

PSGL reserves the right to impose immediate temporary suspension while an investigation is pending.

Such suspension may remain in effect until a final decision is issued.

13. DISCIPLINARY HEARING

Where necessary:

• Participants may be notified.

• Evidence may be reviewed.

• Statements may be obtained.

• Committee review may be conducted.

PSGL is not obligated to conduct formal hearings in every matter.

14. PENALTIES

The league may impose:

⚠ Tournament Suspension

⚠ Team Suspension

⚠ Removal From Venue

⚠ Registration Cancellation

⚠ Team Point Deduction

⚠ Ban From League Activities

depending upon the severity of the offence.

15. TEAM PENALTIES

Entire teams may face penalties where misconduct is collective.

Possible sanctions include:

⚠ Warning

⚠ Point Deduction

⚠ Match Forfeit

⚠ Team Suspension

⚠ Tournament Removal

⚠ Team Disqualification

16. FINANCIAL PENALTIES

Where applicable, the league may impose:

• Administrative Penalties

• Damage Recovery Charges

• Operational Loss Recovery

• Compensation For Property Damage

Such penalties shall be determined by league management.

17. NO REFUND POLICY

Any disciplinary action including:

• Suspension

• Disqualification

• Removal

• Registration Cancellation

• Tournament Ban

shall not create entitlement to:

✗ Refund

✗ Compensation

✗ Transfer Of Fees

✗ Reimbursement

All applicable fees remain:

✓ Non-Refundable

✓ Non-Transferable

✓ Non-Adjustable

18. APPEALS

Participants may submit a written appeal within the period specified by league management.

The acceptance of an appeal shall be at the sole discretion of PSGL.

The decision on appeal shall be final and binding.

19. RECORD KEEPING

PSGL reserves the right to maintain disciplinary records including:

• Warnings

• Suspensions

• Investigations

• Penalties

• Bans

Such records may be used in future eligibility assessments.

20. EMERGENCY AUTHORITY

League management reserves the right to take immediate action where necessary to:

✓ Protect Participants

✓ Protect Property

✓ Protect League Operations

✓ Maintain Safety

✓ Maintain Public Order

without prior notice.

21. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

PSGL, PFC SPORTS, PURVANCHAL FILM CITY PRIVATE LIMITED, and their representatives shall not be liable for any losses arising from disciplinary actions taken in good faith under this policy.

22. FINAL AUTHORITY

The interpretation, implementation, and enforcement of this Disciplinary Policy shall remain solely with PSGL League Management and the PSGL Disciplinary Committee.

All decisions shall be final, binding, and enforceable.

OFFICIAL DECLARATION

By registering, participating, attending events, representing a team, providing services, or associating with PSGL in any capacity, individuals acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Disciplinary Policy.

Violation of this policy may result in disciplinary action, suspension, disqualification, expulsion, permanent ban, financial penalties, or legal proceedings.
